ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
This program prepares students to work as an assistant to an electrician. Students will learn electrical safety, blueprint reading, hand and power tool safety, electrical theory, materials identification, and be introduced to the National Electric Code.
Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive their Construction Industries Board Electrical Apprentice card.

STUDENT ORGANIZATION
SkillsUSA is a national organization serving teachers and high school and adult students who are
preparing for careers in technical, skilled and service occupations, and for further education. SkillsUSA
provides opportunities for students to enhance their personal and leadership qualities through individual
and group projects and through skill competitions which are held on local, state, and national levels.
