WWTC's Teacher Prep/Early Childcare program prepares students for a rewarding career in education, child development centers, and daycare. It presents the opportunity to shape the lives of children of all ages, exploring career opportunities in education, early childhood care, and early child education. Observations and internships in public schools and licensed child care facilities are an important part of the program. Students can earn Paraprofessional, Early Childcare, and Early Childcare Education  certifications.

The Teacher Prep and Early Care programs are not Title IV Pell approved programs. Applicants will need to pay out-of-pocket or seek assistance from a third-party provider..

STUDENT ORGANIZATION

Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is unique among youth organizations because its programs are planned and run by members. It is the only career and technical in-school student organization with family as its central focus. Participation in national programs and chapter activities helps members become strong leaders in their families, careers and communities.
